TA100 is a transient absorption spectrometer designed to probe photoinduced electronic transitions and their evolution dynamics. It covers UV-Vis-NIR-MIR spectral ranges (femtosecond to microsecond timescales) and integrates a microscopic system for spatially resolved transient absorption measurements. The system supports wide-field excitation/detection or spot excitation with a high-speed CMOS camera for spatial defect analysis and carrier diffusion mapping. With optional 50kHz high-speed detectors (sensitivity 10-5 OD) and expandable TCSPC/ultrafast fluorescence modules, it enables comprehensive fluorescence kinetic analysis. This all-in-one solution includes complete pump-probe optics, microscopy, spectral/imaging acquisition, and dedicated data processing software. | |||||||||
